高危妊娠产妇危险因素分析及治疗

Analysis and treatment of risk factors for high risk pregnant women

目的:探讨高危妊娠产妇的危险因素。方法:收治高危妊娠产妇1 000例为观察组,选择正常产妇1 000例为对照组,比较两组临床资料。结果:两组剖宫产率、顺产率、阴道助产率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高危妊娠产妇的危险因素包括胎位异常、肝内胆汁淤积症、胎膜早破、瘢痕子宫、妊娠期高血压、胎儿窘迫、羊水过少及妊娠期糖尿病。结论:对于高危妊娠产妇,深入分析其危险因素,并密切观察,采取针对性的治疗措施,可有效保障产妇及新生儿的生命安全。

Objective:To explore the risk factors of high risk pregnant women.Methods:1 000 cases oif high risk pregnant women were selected as the observation group,and 1 000 cases of normal parturients were selected as the control group.We compared the clinical data of two groups.Results:There were significant differences in the rate of cesarean section,the rate of labor and the rate of vaginal delivery in the two groups(P<0.05).The risk factors of high-risk pregnancy maternal included fetal abnormalities,intrahepatic cholestasis,premature rupture of membranes,uterine scar,pregnancy induced hypertension,fetal distress,oligohydramnios and gestational diabetes mellitus.Conclusion:For high-risk pregnant women,in-depth analysis of risk factors and close observation and targeted treatment measures can effectively protect the safety of maternal and neonatal life.
