中西医结合治疗偏头痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of migraine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:收治偏头痛患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,治疗组在西药治疗基础上予以针灸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗偏头痛的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of migraine.Methods:60 patients with migraine were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of western medicine.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of migraine was significant.
