双补通痹方外洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Observation on the effect of double supplement Tongbifang washing in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:探讨双补通痹方外洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:收治糖尿病周围神经病变患者76例,随机分为治疗组与对照组。两组均给予常规西医治疗,治疗组给予中药外洗,对照组给予温水外洗。结果:8周后,治疗组总有效率63.2%,优于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗组中医证候积分明显下降(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,治疗组神经传导速度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双补通痹方外洗能更好地改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的神经传导速度,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of double supplement Tongbifang washing in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:76 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment,in addations,the treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine external washing,and the control group were given warm water external washing.Results:After 8 weeks,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 63.2%,which was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before the treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was obviously decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group was significantly increased after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Double supplement Tongbifang washing can improve nerve conduction velocity in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and it has significantly clinical effect.
