活血化瘀法在中医内科中的临床应用分析

Analysis on the clinical application of the activating blood circulation and removing stasis method in the internal traditional Chinese medicine

目的:探讨活血化瘀法在中医内科中的应用价值。方法:收治中医内科疾病患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组采用活血化瘀法治疗。结果:观察组经活血化瘀法治疗后总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀法在中医内科中的临床应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the application value of the method of activating blood circulation and removing stasis in the internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:100 patients with diseases of traditional Chinese medicine were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with routine methods,and patients in the observation group were treated with activating blood and removing stasis method.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Activating blood circulation and removing stasis methods has remarkable effect in the department of traditional Chinese medicine.
