彩色多普勒超声诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变的效果分析

Effect of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease

目的:探讨对糖尿病下肢血管病变应用彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床价值。方法:收治糖尿病下肢血管病患者57例为探究组,选择健康体检者53例为参照组,均接受彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检查。结果:探究组血流量及血管内径均明显小于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病下肢血管病变应用彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床价值较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.Methods:57 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease were selected as the inquiry group.53 health examiners were selected as the reference group.The two groups were all examined by color doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument.Results:In the inquiry group,the blood flow and the diameter of blood vessels were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease was high.
