中枢神经系统感染患儿CT与磁共振诊断的效果研究

Study of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of central nervous system infection in children

目的:探讨中枢神经系统感染患儿CT和磁共振(MRI)诊断的效果。方法:收治中枢神经系统感染患儿57例。均采用CT与MRI检查,将检查结果作为试验组;所有患儿均接受血病原菌培养及脑脊液涂片检查,将检查结果作为对照组。结果:CT检测合格率56.14%,MRI检测合格率85.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT检测细菌阳性率64.91%,病毒阳性率21.05%,其余病因阳性率10.53%。MRI检测细菌阳性率38.59%,病毒阳性率35.09%,其余病因阳性率26.32%。CT与MRI图像由细菌、病毒及其余病因引起的感染进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:中枢神经系统感染患儿的诊断中,CT与MRI都具备一定诊断价值,两者联合应用能提高临床诊断效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of central nervous system infection in children.Methods:57 cases of children with central nervous system infection were selected and they all received CT and MRI examination.The test results were used as the test group.All the children received the culture of the pathogenic bacteria and the smear of cerebrospinal fluid,and the results were taken as the control group.Results:The qualified rate of CT was 56.14%,and the qualified rate of MRI was 85.96%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the CT test,the positive rate of bacteria was 64.91%,the positive rate of the virus was 21.05%,and the positive rate of the other causes was 10.53%.In MRI detection,the positive rate of bacteria was 38.59%,the positive rate of the virus was 35.09%,and the positive rate of the other causes was 26.32%.The CT and MRI images were compared with the infection caused by bacteria,virus and other causes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of children with central nervous system infection,both CT and MRI had a certain diagnostic value,the combination of the two can improve the clinical diagnosis effect.
