早期综合护理干预对胃癌患者胃肠功能的影响

Early comprehensive nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function of gastric cancer patients

目的:探讨早期综合护理干预对胃癌患者胃肠功能的影响。方法:收治胃癌患者100例,随机分为干预组和对照组,各50例。对照组进行常规护理,干预组进行早期综合护理干预。结果:干预组重度腹胀10例,中度腹胀28例,轻度腹胀10例,无腹胀2例;对照组重度腹胀10例,中度腹胀20例,轻度腹胀15例,无腹胀5例。干预组肠鸣音恢复时间(2.1±0.3)d,对照组肠鸣音恢复时间(4.7±0.6)d;干预组排气时间(31.1±5.8)d,对照组排气时间(46.6±7.3)d;两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合护理干预可以改善患者的胃肠功能,效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function of gastric cancer patients.100 cases of gastric cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were given routine nursing,and the intervention group were given the early comprehensive nursing intervention.Results:In the intervention group,there was 1 cases of moderate severe abdominal distension,28 cases of moderate abdominal distension,2 cases of mild abdominal distension,and 2 cases without abdominal distension.The control group with severe abdominal distension in 10 cases,20 cases of moderate abdominal distension,15 cases of mild abdominal distension,and 5 cases without abdominal distension.The recovery time of bowel sounds was(2.1±0.3)d in the control group,and the recovery time of bowel sounds was(4.7±0.6)d;exhaust time in the intervention group was(31.1±5.8)d,and in the control group was(46.6±7.3)d;there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the gastrointestinal function of the patients with significant effect.
