泪道内镜诊断与治疗泪道阻塞性疾病患者的护理

Nursing on lacrimal duct endoscopy in the treatment of patients with lacrimal duct obstruction

目的:探讨采用泪道内镜诊断与治疗泪道阻塞性疾病患者的护理情况。方法:收治泪道阻塞性疾病患者205例,对患者泪道内镜诊断后采取针对性的护理方法。结果:泪道阻塞性疾病患者在实施针对性护理后的整体健康评分(92.34±1.64)分,相较于患者护理前的整体生活水平有明显提升。结论:给予采用泪道内镜诊断与治疗泪道阻塞性疾病患者针对性的综合护理措施有利于减少患者术后并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the nursing of lacrimal duct endoscopy in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods:205patients with lacrimal duct obstruction were treated with targeted nursing methods after the diagnosis of lacrimal duct endoscopy.Results:The overall health score of patients with lacrimal duct obstructive disease after targeted nursing was(92.34±1.64),significantly higher than that of patients before nursing.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing measures for patients with lacrimal duct obstruction diagnosed by lacrimal endoscopy can helpful to reduce postoperative complications.
