初产妇分娩护理中应用循证理念的可行性研究

Feasibility of applying evidence-based concept in childbirth nursing of primipara

目的:探讨初产妇分娩护理中应用循证理念的可行性。方法:收治初产妇84例,分为对照组和循证组。对照组采用传统分娩护理,循证组采用循证理念护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:循证组自然分娩率高于对照组,不同产程所需时间短于对照组,干预后心理状况、分娩痛苦值优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:初产妇分娩护理中应用循证理念的可行性高,可缓解初产妇不良心理,减轻分娩痛苦,缩短产程,加速产程进展,提升自然分娩率。

Objective:To explore the feasibility of applying evidence-based concept in childbirth nursing of primipara.Methods:84 cases of primiparas were selected and they were divided into the control group and the evidence-based group.The control group was given the traditional nursing care.The evidence-based group was given evidence-based nursing.We compared the nursing effect in two groups.Results:In the evidence-based group,the natural childbirth rate was higher than that in the control group,and the time needed for different stages of labor was shorter than that in the control group.The psychological status and delivery pain after intervention were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The feasibility of applying evidence-based concept in childbirth nursing of primipara was high.It can relieve the bad psychology of the primipara,reduce the labor pain,shorten the labor process,accelerate the progress of the labor process,and improve the natural delivery rate.
