中国特色社会主义政治经济学的“民生论”

"On Livelihood" of Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics

民生论是中国古代经济思想遗产,在马克思、恩格斯的著作中是新社会的"制度承诺",而"民生主义"也是孙中山"三民主义"的一部分。在社会主义政治经济学中,民生论体现在社会主义基本经济规律、社会主义生产目的等专题中。新时代中国特色社会主义政治经济学的进展,以社会主义主要矛盾的认识为民生论的理论基石,由此引领民生优先战略,体现了政治经济学学科理论的实践性在增强。民生论从拓展政治经济学研究对象的有利视角、从更广阔的视角来看待劳动与财富、体现人的工具性与目的性的对立统一关系、全面理解社会主义物质文明等方面,推进了中国特色社会主义政治经济学发展。

"On livelihood"is the ideological inheritance of ancient Chinese economy.It is the"institutional promise"of new society in the works of Marx and Engels and a part of Sun Yat-sen's Three People's Principles.In the socialist political economy,people's livelihood is stated in the basic laws of socialist economy,socialist production purpose.The progress of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics for the new era should take the understanding of the socialist primary contradiction as livelihood's theoretical foundation.Therefore,priority should be given to people's livelihood,giving expression to the improvement of practicality of political economy."On livelihood"expands the perspective of the research object of political economy,regards labor and wealth from a wider perspective,shows unity of opposites of human's instrumentality and purpose,and comprehend socialist material civilization so as to improve the development of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.
