论中国特色社会主义的生产及生产目的的实现

On the Realization of Socialist Production and Socialist Production Purpose with Chinese Characteristics

以人民为中心的中国特色社会主义社会生产,要关注劳动力的生产、物质产品的生产和非物质产品的生产并协调好三者之间的关系,各种生产本身要按比例成规模成体系发展。以人民为中心的中国特色社会主义政治经济学要使以劳动群众为主体社会成员的人民的生存和发展保障,纳入到社会生产运行体系之中,与社会生产运行机制紧密联系,确保劳动力生产耗费得到补偿,让社会生产能够切实地保障好社会成员的生存和发展。对于社会目的和生产过程的结合,应从社会生产的完整过程中寻求,而不是从资本主义特意设计的资本主义生产过程来寻求。以人民为中心的中国特色社会主义要通过生产过程来实现生产目的,需要用制度的形式确定劳动力市场价格不得低于劳动者用于保障家庭成员生存和发展的基本开支。以保障人生存和发展为目的的社会生产过程的特殊性指的是中国特色社会主义在社会主义初级阶段,以人民为中心,利用市场机制,有资本参与发展的社会生产。

The people-centered socialist production with Chinese characteristics should focus on coordination among labor production,material production and non-material production and each of them should develop in a proportion and in a systematic way.The people-centered socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics should guarantee the survival and development of the people who mainly consist of working mass,should be included in the social operation system,should be closely tied to social operation mechanism,and should ensure that labor production consumption can be compensated so as to let social production guarantee the survival and development of the people.As to the combination of social purpose and production process,we should seek from the whole process of social production rather than the capitalist production intentionally designed by capitalism.We should use the system to ensure that the market price of labor should be no less than the basic expenditures of family members忆survival and development.The distinctiveness of social production process which guarantees people忆s survival and development lies in that the socialism with Chinese characteristics,in its initial stage,centers on people,utilizes market institution and let the capital involved in the development.
