乳腺癌患者血清VEGF的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of serum levels of vegf in breast cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达及临床意义。方法收集乳腺癌患者146例为试验组,乳腺良性疾病患者30例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法定量检测血清VEGF水平,分析2组血清VEGF的表达水平,比较试验组中不同临床因素(年龄、组织学分级、TNM分期、人表皮生长因子受体2、雌激素受体、孕激素受体)患者血清VEGF的表达水平。结果乳腺癌患者血清VEGF表达水平明显高于乳腺良性疾病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者组织学分级越高,TNM分期越晚,人表皮生长因子受体2阳性状态,血清中VEGF的表达水平越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、雌激素受体、孕激素受体乳腺癌患者血清VEGF的表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清VEGF在乳腺癌患者中呈现高表达,并且与乳腺癌的进展、转移和预后有关,血清VEGF可为乳腺癌的早期诊断、靶向治疗和预后评估提供理论依据。

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in breast cancer.Methods A total of 146 cases of breast cancer patients were selected as experimental group and 30 cases of benign breast disease as control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method was used to determine serum VEGF levels,the level of serum VEGF in the two groups was analyzed,and serum VEGF levels in patients with different clinical factors(age,histological grade,TNM staging,human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor)in the experimental group were compared.Results The expression of serum VEGF in breast cancer patients was significantly higher than that in benign breast disease patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The higher the histological grade,the later the TNM stage,the higher the human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 positive state,the higher the serum VEGF expression level.Differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum VEGF expression among breast cancer patients with different ages,estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum VEGF is highly expressed in breast cancer patients and is related to the progression,metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer.Serum VEGF can provide a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis,targeted therapy and prognosis evaluation of breast cancer.
