摘要
以壳聚糖和海藻酸钠作为包埋材料,对乳糖酶固定化后酶学性质进行了探究,酶经固定化后活性有所降低,但固定化酶的最适p H范围变宽,酶的最适温度有所升高,酶的热稳定性提高.壳聚糖-海藻酸钙固定化半乳糖酶的最佳反应条件为:温度50℃、p H6~7.
Using chitosan and sodium alginate as embedding material,the immobilized lactase enzyme properties were studied,the immobilized enzyme activity decreased,but the immobilized enzyme optimum pH range was widened,optimum temperature increased,the thermal stability of the enzyme was improved.The optimum reaction conditions of Chitosan Immobilized with calcium alginate were:50℃,pH6~7.
