摘要
以目标为导向的教育是一种系统的、有创造力的教育方法.根据OBE理念,以教学结果为导向,以学校的帮学目标来反向设计精准帮学工作的完成路径,针对帮学对象形成"正向实施"帮学工作的"施工图",从而形成恰当的帮学方法.这一方法成功应用于常州大学"三帮学"的帮学实践工作中,取得了较好的工作效果.
Education based on the outcome is a systematic and creative education method.Based on the OBE theory with result-oriented,the process of the help is constructed from the objects of the help.And the graph including the perfect learning methods with precise help is formed.With these methods,three types of help models developed in Changzhou University get the satisfactory results.
