The service ability of professional industry is the standard to measure the quality of talents training in Higher Vocational education.The paper reviewed the status of food processing technology in food industry;briefly introduced the service capabilities of the graduates of food processing technology;analyzed the reasons for the lack of industrial service ability of food processing technology graduates and out of the solution.
