摘要 把虚拟仿真软件操作恰当的嵌入食品理化检测专业技能竞赛中,实施以项目导入、任务驱动为主要形式,以学生参加专业技能竞赛为检验手段,以培养学生实际动手能力为目的,以提高学生理化检测核心专业技能为最终目标的食品理化检测技术教学改革,有效的提高了教学质量. The virtual simulation software will be introduced into the skill competition of food physical and chemical detection technology.Aiming to improve the practical ability of the students,a teaching reform which is in the form of project implementation and task-driven is to be tested by the participation rate of the students in processional skills competition will be carried out in future.The goal of this teaching reforms to improve the teaching quality and the professional skills of students in food physical and chemical inspection.
