摘要
设计并合成了一种氟硼吡咯(BODIPY)类的Hg^(2+)荧光淬灭型荧光探针SOH,通过紫外-可见滴定和荧光滴定等光谱性能测定。结果表明:纯乙腈体系中,探针SOH遇Hg^(2+)会产生由黄色变为红色的明显颜色变化和荧光淬灭现象;多离子共存下,对Hg^(2+)具有较高的选择性和竞争性;Hg^(2+)浓度在1~13μmol/L范围内线性相关系数为0.994,检出限为0.53μmol/L,用本方法对矿泉水、大米和鮟鱇鱼样品进行加标回收实验,回收率为94.36%~107.80%,满足痕量Hg^(2+)分析的要求。
We designed and synthesized a novel BODIPY-based fluorescence probe to detect Hg2+.We studied the spectral performance by UV-vis and fluorescence spectra.The probe in acetonitrile displayed a distinct color change from yellow to red upon addition of Hg2+and fluorescence quenching to Hg2+with good selectivity over other competitive cations.It exhibited a dynamic response concentration range of Hg2+from 1 to 13μmol/L,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.994 and the corresponding limit of detection(LOD)was calculated to be 0.53μmol/L.The spiked recovery rates for mineral water,rice and anglerfish were from 94.36%to 107.80%.The developed method meets the trace analytical requirement
