摘要
以二正丙胺、二硫化碳、丙烯酸甲酯等为原料,采用不饱和烃加成一步法合成出了N,N-二丙基二硫代氨基甲酸丙烯酸甲酯,得到的优化的工艺条件为:n(二正丙胺)∶n(二硫化碳)∶n(丙烯酸甲酯)(摩尔比)=1.1∶1∶1.1,反应温度控制在40℃,反应时间1.5 h条件下合成产率为93.15%以上的N,N-二丙基二硫代氨基甲酸丙烯酸甲酯产品。将其应用于国内某铜矿,与现场药剂相比较,铜精矿铜品位提高0.91%,回收率提高了1.89%。
In this paper,N,N-dipropyl dithiocarbamic acid methyl acrylate was synthesized by the addition of unsaturated hydrocarbon with Dipropylamine,carbon disulfide and methyl acrylate as raw materials.The optimum conditions were obtained as follows:the mixture ratio of dipropylamine,carbon disulfide and methyl acrylate(mol)=1.111.1,the reaction temperature at about 40℃,and the yield is 93.15%under the reaction conditions of 1.5 h.The yield is over 90%.N,N-dipropyl dithiocarbamate methyl acrylate.Its application to a domestic copper mine,compared with the on-site pharmaceutical,copper concentrate copper grade increased 0.91%,the recovery rate increased by 1.89%.
