摘要
用9种不同有机溶剂溶解佛香燃烧产生的烟气测定多环芳烃含量,在pH=6.86的K_2HPO_4-KH_2PO_4缓冲溶液和β-环糊精溶液中,以芘为模型化合物,得相应回归方程lgI_f=0.8966lgC+8.87,相关系数R^2=0.9951。每克佛香燃烧的烟气中PAHs量由大到小依次是:好运发财香(38.90μg/g)>古城玫瑰香(20.31μg/g)>有求必应(19.95μg/g)>檀香(17.40μg/g)>观音香(16.15μg/g)>五福沉檀贡香(16.O6μg/g)>无烟佛显灵(15.50μg/g)>财神香(13.22μg/g)>清净供佛檀香(8.68μg/g)。结果为佛香品质、燃烧烟气中有害物质的评价提供了一种简便的测定方法。
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)were determined by dissolving the smoke produced by the Buddha incense burning with 9 kinds of different organic solvents.Taking pyrene as the model compound,at pH=6.86 K 2HPO 4-KH 2PO 4 buffer andβ-cyclodextrin solution,the corresponding regression equation was lgI f=0.8966lgC+8.87 with the correlation coefficient R 2=0.9951.The amount of PAHs in smoke of Buddhist Incense per gram in descending order was as follows:Good Fortune(38.90μg/g)>Ancient City Rosemary(20.31μg/g)>On Demand(19.95μg/g)>Sandalwood(17.40μg/g)>Wufu sandalwood Gongxiang(16.06μg/g)>Smokeless Buddha Spirit(15.50μg/g)>Fortuneteller(13.22μg/g)>Pure Buddha Sandalwood(8.68μg/g).The results provided a simple and convenient method for evaluating the quality of Buddha incense and the harmful substances in combustion Buddha incense.
