城市燃气企业应急抢险能力质的提升

Quality Improvement of Emergency Rescue Ability of Urban Gas Enterprises

随着我国新型城镇化持续推进,我国城镇燃气事业不断发展,不仅方便了群众,极大地提高了工业生产水平,而且改善了城市环境质量,为我国的节能减排做出了重要贡献。但是,由于燃气具有易燃、易爆的特点,一旦发生事故将会造成人员伤亡,财产损失,给社会公共安全与稳定带来极大的负面影响。本文分析了城市燃气企业应急抢险能力不足之处,提出应急抢险能力改善措施建议,以达到抢险应急能力质的提升。

With the continuous development of new urbanization in China,the development of urban gas industry has not only facilitated the masses and greatly improved the level of industrial production,but also improved the quality of urban environment.It has made an important contribution to energy saving and emission reduction in China.However,because of the flammable and explosive characteristics of gas,once an accident occurs,it will cause casualties and property losses.The deficiency of emergency rescue ability of urban gas enterprises was analyzed and some suggestions for improving emergency rescue ability were put forward,so as to achieve emergency response capacity quality improvement.
