政治意识建设是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的思想基础。政治意识是领导者行为的指南,事关领导活动的成败。然而有的领导者却把"难得糊涂"奉为行为的圭臬,缺乏清醒正确的政治意识。领导无小事,领导工作关系到千家万户黎民百姓的命运和福祉,关系到组织和国家的兴衰成败。新常态下,领导者必须具有清醒正确的政治意识,在领导性质、领导价值、领导权责、领导伦理、领导工作的认知和实践上保持正确认知和清醒意识,从根本上为实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化提供思想精神支撑。

The construction of political consciousness of leaders is the ideological basis for the realization of the modernization of national governance system and governance capability.Political consciousness guides the behavior of leaders,and is essential to the success of the leadership.But some leaders just pretend to be woolly headed in their work and are lack a clear and correct political consciousness.The job of leaders is related to the fate and well-being of all the people,and is critical to the success of the organization and the whol^country.Under the new normal,laders must have sober and correct political awareness,sober in cognition and practice of leadership character,leadership value,leadership rights and responsibilities,leadership ethics and leadership work,so as to provide ideological support for the nlization of the national governance system and the modernization of governance capabilities.
