法治政党建设路径探析

On the Approaches to Building a Party under the Rule of Law

在建设法治国家的历程中,我国经历了"社会主义法治"到"依法行政"、"依法治国"的不断探索与实践,中国的法治建设一直在不断地进步与完善,而法治国家的建设离不开执政党的探索与实践。建设法治政党是推进依法治国的前提,必须实现法治型政党的建立,才能更好推动建设法治中国。建设法治政党,需要抓好党员干部法治思维的培育,抓好法治政党组织建设的强化,抓好法规党纪的法制化,抓好预防权力滥用的基础性工作,抓好作风建设的制度化。

During the course of building up a Rechtstaat,China has been experiencing continuous explorations from the“Socialist rule of law”to“Administration by law”and“Rule of law”.The legal construction of China has been progressing ad improving gradually,and this can,t do without explorations and practices from the Ruling Party.Building a Party under the rule of law is thepremiseof building a Rechtstaat.To achievethat,we need to cultivatesense of thernleof law in Party to reinforce organization coostruction of the Party,to intensify the legalization of Party Disciplines,to make great efforts the abuse of power,and to enhance the institutionalization of the work-style construction.
