产业结构调整是资源型经济转型必然面临的问题,其离不开金融强有力的推动和支持。当下,资源型地区产业结构调整存在政策支持不明确、金融支持方向模糊和金融支持力度不足等问题,导致区域经济发展动力不足,发展速度缓慢。为此,政府必须出台对相关产业的金融扶持政策,从宏观上把握金融支持方向;社会要加快信用体系和担保机制建设,优化区域金融生态大环境;金融机构应提升金融产品创新能力,不断满足产业结构调整的多元化、多层次的资金需求,为资源型经济成功转型提供坚实保障。

The adjustment of industrial structure is an inevitable problem in the transformation of resource-based economy,which can not be separated from the strong promotion and support of finance.At present,there are some problems in the adjustment of industrial structure in resource-based regions,such as unclear policy support,vague financial support and insufficient financial support,which lead to insufficient impetus and slow development of regional economic development.In order to solve such problems,the government must put in place the financial support policy for relevant industries and grasp the direction of financial support from the macro perspective;the society should accelerate the construction of credit system and guarantee mechanism,and optimize the regional financial ecological environment;financial institutions should enhance the innovation ability of financial products,meet the diversified and multi-level financial needs of industrial structure adjustment,and provide a solid guarantee for the successful transformation of the resource-based economy.
