摘要
探讨沙盘游戏在大学生人格发展和整合中的应用,采用个案研究的方法,对一位有着自我认知冲突的大三女生进行了9次沙盘游戏相关的咨询与辅导,结果发现随着体验者的问题呈现、冲突与对立、转化成长、整合等几个阶段的变化,其内心世界逐渐由冲突走向整合.
This research explored the application of sandplay therapy in college students’personality development and integration.By means of case study,it carried out 9 sandplay-related counselling services for a junior girl who had some cognitive self-conflicts.It was found that,with the undergoing of the four stages of the volunteer’presentation,confrontation,transformation and integration,the girl’s inner world gradually changed from conflict to integration.
