摘要
目的:探讨高中生自立人格、心理资本和网络利他行为三者之间的关系以及心理资本在自立人格和网络利他行为之间的中介作用.方法:使用青少年自立人格量表、积极心理资本量表和网络利他行为量表并以方便取样对300名高中学生进行测试.结果:(1)自立人格总分与网络利他行为总分显著正相关,自立人格总分与心理资本总分及各维度显著正相关,网络利他行为总分与心理资本总分及各维度显著正相关;(2)自立人格对网络利他行为有显著正向预测作用,心理资本在自立人格与网络利他行为之间发挥部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应比值为49.41%.结论:在学校教育和家庭教育中可以通过培育青少年的自立人格和增强心理资本促进网络利他行为,使青少年形成健康的网络心理.
Objective:This study explored the relationship between the three factors of senior high school students’self-reliance personality,psychological capital and internet altruistic behavior,and the mediating effect of psychological capital between self supporting personality and Internet altruistic behavior.Methods:This study used the adolescent students’self-reliance personality scale,the positive psychological capital scale and the Internet altruistic behavior scale to test 300 senior high school students in Shanxi area.Results:(1)Self-reliance personality score and internet altruistic behavior score are positively related.Self-reliance personality score and psychological capital score with all dimensions are positively related.Internet altruistic behavior score and psychological capital score with all dimensions are positively related.(2)Self-reliance personality has significant positive predictive effect on internet altruistic behavior.Psychological capital plays a partial intermediary role between the self-reliance personality and internet altruistic behavior,and the ratio of mediating effect to the total effect is 49.41%.Conclusion:In school education and family education,it is suggested to cultivate adolescents’self-reliance personality and enhance their psychological capital to encourage network altruistic behavior and promote the forming of healthy internet psychology.
