摘要
通过给出"气球贷"的数学模型、计算方法,比较"气球贷"与普通贷款还款方式的优缺点,指出它所适合的人群,为广大借款人做出更好的贷款决策提供参考.
This paper introduces the mathematical model and the calculation method of“balloon loan”,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages compared with ordinary loans,and points out its suitable clients.It is expected to provide reference for borrowers to make a better loan decision.
