沧州市主城区中小学体育场地对外开放现状的调查研究

An Investigation on the Opening Situation of Primary and Middle Schools' Sports Venues in the Main Urban Area of Cangzhou

学校体育场地对社会开放是一件得民心、顺民意的好事,也是构建和谐社会,促进全民健身活动开展的重大举措.通过对沧州市主城区开放体育场地中小学的实地调查,了解开放现状,分析影响学校体育场地对外开放的因素,提出针对性的建议,为职能部门制定政策和学校加强体育场地对外开放的管理提供有益参考,使这一惠民工程发挥好促进群众体育开展、增强人民群众体质的积极作用.

The opening of schools’sports venues to the community is a good thing for the public,which is also an important measure to build a harmonious society and promote national fitness activities.By investigating the opening of primary and middle schools’sports venues in the main urban area of Cangzhou,this study analyzes the factors that affect the opening of the school sports venues,and puts forward pertinent suggestions for functional departments to set polices and also provides a reference for schools to strengthen the management of the opening of sports venues,in order to make this people-benefit project better promote mass sports and benefit public fitness
