校企合作背景下通信工程专业实践教学的改革与分析

Reform and Analysis of Practical Teaching of Communication Engineering in the Context of University-enterprise Cooperation

实践教学环节是实现应用型人才培养的重要手段和途径.沧州师范学院通信工程专业实践教学存在教学形式单一、内容与实际应用脱节、设备条件有限等诸多问题,导致学生缺乏实践能力与创新精神.通过校企合作建立校企联合教育中心,借助企业在实践方面的优势资源克服实践教学的短板,在实践教学体系构建、"双师型"师资培养、应用型人才培养等多个方面取得积极实效.

Practical teaching is an important way to realize applied talent cultivation.There are many problems in practical teaching of communication engineering major in Cangzhou Normal University,such as single teaching mode,disconnection between content and application,limited equipment conditions,which leads to students’lack of practical ability and the innovative spirit.By means of establishing university-enterprise cooperation education center,the weakness of the practical teaching is expected to be overcome with the aid of the superior practice resources of the enterprise.Consequently,it has achieved positive results in the construction of practical teaching system,and the cultivation of double-certificated teachers and applied talents.
