On the Role of China Customs in Controlling the Incoming and Outgoing Hot Money

自美国爆发次贷危机以来,受避险和逐利的需求,国际热钱大量涌入我国,导致一系列问题,如国内通胀压力加大、资产价格被迅速推高、助长了投机风气使金融市场的稳定性欠佳等,管控热钱进出境成为我国政府面临的重要难题。海关作为"保障贸易安全,促进贸易便利化"的重要部门,更要为管控热钱进出境发挥关键作用。

Since the outbreak of the subprime crisis,hot money has poured into China with the increasing demand of avoiding risks and seeking profit,leading to a series of problems,such as domestic inflation pressures,rising prices of property,speculating passion and the poor stability of the financial market.It is important for our government to control the hot money.As an important agency in“safeguarding trade security and promoting trade facilitation”,China Customs needs to play a key role in controlling the incoming and outgoing of the hot money.
