法律大数据视角下濒危物种走私犯罪研究

A Study on the Smuggling of Endangered Species from the Perspective of Legal Big Data

濒危物种是全球生态系统中不可或缺的组成部分,作为《濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约》(以下简称"CITES")的缔约国之一,中国积极参与濒危物种的保护工作。当前,涉及濒危物种的非法国际贸易活动日益猖獗,拯救濒危物种的形势日趋严峻。本文利用文本分析技术,采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,对中国裁判文书网自上线以来涉及濒危物种走私的裁判文书进行了提取与整理,力图呈现近年来我国濒危物种走私案件的现状与态势,并以此为基础,对强化打击濒危物种走私进行了思考。

Endangered species are integral parts of the global ecosystem.As one of the contracting parties to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora(CITES),China is actively engaged in the protection of endangered wild species.At present,illegal international trade activities involving endangered Species are becoming increasingly rampant,and the situation of saving endangered species is worsening.Based on the method of text analysis,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the ruling instruments concerning the smuggling of endangered species from China Judgements Online,this paper attempts to present the current situation and trend of smuggling cases of endangered species in China in recent years,so as to shed some light on how to fight against the smuggling of endangered species.
