气候变化(暖)对国家主要商品粮基地建设安全的影响及适应对策的研究--中国软科学研究要报综述

Study on the Impact of Climate Change( warm) on the Safety of National Main Commodity Grain Base Construction and Adaptation Countermeasures——Summary of China's Soft Science Research Report

本文基于大量的调研材料、文献等,综合了集农业、气象、环境等学科的交叉,研究分析了6个方面的内容即:(1)气候变化的监测事实及科学认识;(2)气候变化对气象灾害、极端天气的影响;⑶气候变化对农业生态环境的影响;(4)气候变化对粮食安全影响;(5)适应气候变化应对的研究;(6)如何提高商品粮基地建设的综合生产能力的对策。提出应对气候变化包括减缓和适应,通过工程措施和非工程措施,防灾减灾,实施适应气候变化能力建设,加强商品粮基地建设,对保障农业可持续发展将起到重要参考作用。

Based on a large number of research materials and literature,this paper integrates the intersection of agriculture,meteorology,and environmental sciences,and studies and analyzes six aspects:(1)monitoring facts and scientific understanding of climate change;(2)The effects of climate change on meteorological disasters and extreme weather;(3)Impacts of climate change on agricultural ecological environment;(4)Impacts of climate change on food security;(5)Research on adaptation to climate change;(6)Countermeasures on how to increase the overall production capacity of commodity grain base construction.This paper proposes to address climate change,including mitigation and adaptation,through engineering and non-engineering measures,prevent and mitigate disasters,implement capacity building for climate change adaptation,and strengthen the construction of commodity grain bases,which will play an important reference role in ensuring the sustainable development of agriculture.
