黑龙江省林火扑救费用及趋势分析

Forest Fire Extinguishing Costs and Trend Analysis in Heilongjiang Province

通过对黑龙江省2000年-2015年的林火年际费用、人力、面积、次数等变化的分析,结果表明:林火扑救费用和人力的变化趋势是随时间推移下降;林火均次扑救费用呈现频繁波动;林火均次扑救人员的变化趋势由升到降;单位面积投入林火扑救费用和人员数量逐年上升。

Through the analysis of changes in the interannual cost,manpower,area and times of forest fires in Heilongjiang Province from 2000 to 2015,the results show that:the forest fire extinguishment costs and manpower are changing with the passage of time;frequent fluctuations occurred;the changing trend of the fire rescue personnel from forest fires rose from a declining trend;the fire fighting cost per unit area put into forest fires and the number of personnel increased year by year.
