摘要
本文通过测定不同低温胁迫下材料的相对电导率,估算出旱柳、竹柳3号及竹柳5号的半致死温度分别为-29.34℃、-32.61℃及-35.95℃。结合自然越冬情况调查数据,结果表明:竹柳5号抗寒性大于竹柳3号和旱柳,可以引种到牡丹江局部区域。试验结论对本地区竹柳的引种驯化及栽培措施的制定具有一定的借鉴意义。
In this paper,the relative lethality of materials under different low temperature stress was measured and the semi-lethal temperatures of Salix matsudana,Salix lucidum No.3 and Zhuliu No.5 were estimated to be-29.34℃,-32.61℃and-35.95℃,respectively.Combined with natural wintering survey data,the results show that:Zhuliu No.5 is more cold-resistant than Zhuliu No.3 and S.matsudana,which can be introduced into Mudanjiang local area.The conclusion of the experiment has certain reference significance for the introduction and domestication of the bamboo willow in the area and the formulation of cultivation measures.
