由虚拟订单到现代学徒制的探索与实践

目前,在我国的职业教育中,订单培养还存在诸多利益性的矛盾,而推行现代学徒制也存在不少现实的制约因素。通过推行"虚拟订单"这一企业、学生和家长都比较认同的培养模式,以此做为抓手和切入点来探索现代学徒制的人才培养,从而加快现代学徒制这一新型职业教育模式的实施步伐。

At present,there are still many contradictions of interest in order training in Chinese vocational education,and there are still many practical constraints to implement the modern apprenticeship system.With the implementation of the training mode of"virtual order"accepted by the enterprises,students and parents as the starting point to explore the modern apprenticeship and accelerate the pace of implementation of the modern apprenticeship.
