高职经济管理类专业人才工匠精神培育的路径研究——以襄阳职业技术学院经济管理学院为例

工匠精神绝非制造行业所专有,应结合时代背景赋予工匠精神新的内涵。诚实守信、专业专注和精益求精的职业精神是经济管理类专业人才工匠精神的体现。在高职经济管理类专业人才中突出工匠精神培育是必要的,也是可行的。高职院校可通过校企协同育人的人才培养模式改革、教师的示范引领、课程体系构建等方式,把工匠精神培养融入职业素养和职业技能教育。

The spirit of the craftsman is not exclusive to the manufacturing industry,and the spirit of the craftsman should be endowed with new connotation.The professional spirit of honesty,dedication and excellence is the embodiment of the craftsmanship of economic management talents.It is necessary and feasible to emphasize the cultivation of craftsmanship in higher vocational economic management.Higher vocational colleges integrate the craftsmanship cultivation into professional quality and professional skill education through the school and enterprise cooperative education,teachers'demonstration and guidance and course system construction.
