摘要
2016年大学英语四级考试改革将英语新闻听力纳入考试范围,英语新闻听力训练也随之列入大学英语听力课堂的授课内容。传统的听力授课模式下,学生大部分时间处于被动练习的状态,课堂效率不高。翻转课堂颠覆传统的教学流程,也改变了课堂上教师和学生的角色,使学生成为学习的主体。基于翻转课堂设计的大学英语新闻听力教学模式能促进学生的自主学习能力的提高,激发他们学习英语新闻的兴趣,从而提高学生听力水平和英语语言综合应用能力。
In 2016,news listening was incorporated in CET-4 examination,therefore,news listening has became a necessary part in college English listening class.Most students were passive with traditional way of teaching listening and could not learn listening efficiently.Flipped classroom changes the traditional teaching process and switches the role of teachers and students,making students the subject of study.The new teaching mode for news listening based on flipped classroom can improve students’ability of self-study and their enthusiasm for English,enhancing their listening skills and proficiency of English.
