基于退货产品异质性的顾客退货处理渠道研究

摘要 文章以在线零售商为主体,在考虑顾客退货产品异质性的基础上,讨论了在线零售商——制造商、在线零售商——二级市场、在线零售商——清理商——二级市场这三种退货处理渠道下的退货处理方式及在线零售商和供应链的利润问题,为在线零售商选择合适的退货处理渠道提供依据。研究发现:将清理商引入退货处理渠道时供应链总利润高于其他两种退货渠道;在线零售商将可利用的有缺陷退货产品在二级市场销售所获得的收益更高。最后,用MATLAB数值仿真对文章结论进行了验证。 In this paper,the online retailer is considered as the subject in the supply chain,and the returns processing mode of the three customer returns channels and the online retailer's profit are discussed:online retailers-manufacturer、online retailers-secondary market and online retailers-liquidator-secondary market,based on the quality heterogeneity of return products,it will provide the basis for online retailers to choose suitable channels of returns.The result shows that the supply chain profit is higher than the other two kinds of returns channels when the liquidator is introduced into the returns processing channel;online retailers can be gained higher profits by choose to sales defective products on the secondary market.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is verified by the Matlab simulation.
