摘要
针对某货代公司现有的操作流程,运用ECRS分析法,仔细分析每个操作环节的顺序及必要性,进行减少非增值、不必要的环节,合并某些重复或相近的环节,使操作流程更简便、流畅,配合新流程的要求,对公司的信息系统进行完善,不仅提高了工作效率,同时也提升了员工和客户的满意度。
The process improving issue for a forwarder is studied in this paper.The ECRS analysis method is used to analyze the existing operating process.Based on the analysis,reducing non value-added activities,combining of some repeating or similar activities,the operating process is improved.To support the operation of the new process,the management information system is updated.As a result,both work efficiency and customer satisfaction are significantly improved.
