杭州市生鲜农产品应急物流体系优化研究

Study on Emergency Logistics System for Fresh Agricultural Products in Hangzhou

生鲜农产品应急物流的研究可以改善农产品物流体系,增加农民收入;丰富城乡居民的菜篮子,满足人们日益增长的生活需求;也可以为大型事件快速反应机制的建立提供理论依据和智力支持,为可能出现的大型事件应急物流的具体运作提供可参考的模型。文章根据国内外生鲜农产品应急物流发展的经验,分析了杭州市生鲜农产品应急物流发展现状,指出了其中的一些问题。同时结合杭州市实际发展的阶段性特点,有针对性地提出杭州市生鲜农产品应急物流优化策略。

The research on emergency logistics of fresh agricultural products can improve the logistics system of agricultural products,increase farmers'income,enrich the basket of vegetables for urban and rural residents,and meet the increasing needs of people.It can also provide theoretical basis and intellectual support for the establishment of rapid response mechanism for large-scale events.Based on the experience of emergency logistics development of fresh agricultural products at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the present situation of emergency logistics of fresh agricultural products in Hangzhou.Some of the problems are pointed out,and combining with the stage characteristics of Hangzhou's actual development,the optimization strategy of emergency logistics of fresh agricultural products in Hangzhou is put forward.
