摘要
研究多源采购的策略下,具有产能约束的产品族供应链优化配置问题,在考虑产品平台共性作用及多源采购的基础下,研究实际采购比例和交货期设置方法。面对不确定需求,建立基于产品平台的产品族供应链优化模型,并提出基于自适应交叉与变异概率的改进遗传算法来求解该优化模型。最后通过实例笔记本装配供应链网络验证该优化模型的准确性和算法的有效性,并对产品平台共性作用进行分析讨论。
Study multi-source procurement,under the strategy of product family optimized configuration of supply chain with capacity constraints,considering the product platform under the basis of general function and multi-source procurement,the actual purchasing proportion setting methods and time of delivery.In the face of uncertain demand,a product family supply chain optimization model based on product platform is established,and an improved genetic algorithm based on adaptive crossover and mutation probability is proposed to solve this optimization model.Finally,the accuracy of the optimization model and the validity of the algorithm are verified by the example laptop assembly supply chain network,and the generic role of the product platform is analyzed and discussed.
