随着我国改革开放的不断深入和货运代理行业的不断发展,货运代理企业急需寻找一种新的思路和方案来解决发展的瓶颈。文章基于系统工程和供应链管理的思想及方法,分析了国际货运代理服务行业发展所面临的挑战,提出了国际货代企业间实施协同合作的发展方向,构建了供应链环境下国际货代企业间协同模式框架,制定了货代供应链的组织机制、运作协调机制和契约机制。研究为物流企业服务机制的改进,服务质量和效益的提升,提供了有益的借鉴。

With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the continuous development of the freight forwarding industry,the freight forwarders need to find a new way of thinking and solutions to solve the bottleneck of development.This paper analyzes the challenges of the development of China's freight forwarding service industry,puts forward the development direction of cooperative cooperation among the freight forwarders,constructs a framework for the cooperative model of the freight forwarding enterprise under the supply chain environment,formulates the organization mechanism,the operation coordination mechanism and the contract mechanism of the supply chain of the freight forwarder.The research provides a useful reference for the improvement of the service mechanism of logistics enterprises,the improvement of service quality and efficiency.
