为了探索甘肃及西部落后省份如何实施电子商务实现跨越发展之路,推动农业实体经济通过互联网提升产业水平,共享互联网经济红利,培养电子商务领军技术能手和培训一批电子商务高素质高技能技术人才,拓展电子商务人才培养模式,打造现代学徒制人才培养,强化学术交流和竞赛文化传承,以国家"互联网+"、精准扶贫战略需要为导向,以移动电子商务商业模式创新为基础,以大数据分析、物联网为突破口,以移动互联网金融和智能物流应用为载体,开展电子商务领域应用性研究工作。近几年逐渐形成以"一个中心"(服务地方经济社会发展),"两个平台"(校内省级电子商务实验室,校外协调应用开发中心),"四大领域"(跨境电商,电商扶贫,校企合作人才培养,大数据应用)为格局的电商协同创新团队。

In order to explore how Gansu and western backward provinces to implement E-commerce to achieve leapfrog development,promote agricultural economy to upgrade the industry level through the internet,sharing the internet economic dividends,cultivate E-commerce leading technical experts and training a number of E-commerce high-quality technical talents,expand the training mode of E-commerce talent,build a modern apprenticeship training to strengthen academic exchanges and competitions,cultural heritage,the national"Internet plus",the precise poverty alleviation strategy needs oriented to mobile E-commerce business model innovation based on big data analysis,as a breakthrough in mobile networking,internet banking and intelligent logistics application as the carrier,to carry out applied research in the field of electronic commerce.In recent years,gradually formed a"one center"(to serve the local economic and social development),the"two platform"(the provincial electronic commerce laboratory,school coordination application development center),"four areas"(the cross-border electricity supplier,electricity supplier poverty alleviation,school enterprise cooperation in personnel training,big data applications)for the electricity supplier collaborative pattern innovation team.
