乳酸菌发酵饲料能降低原料中的不良气味,增加饲料适口性和营养价值,具有改善饲料品质的功能,可以提高饲料转化率和动物的生长性能,改善饲养环境。因此,近年来在畜禽养殖生产中被广泛应用。文章对乳酸菌发酵饲料的优势及在畜禽养殖中的应用进行论述。

Lactic acid bacteria fermented feed can reduce the bad smell of raw materials,increase the palatabili?ty and nutritive value of feed,improve the quality of feed,improve feed conversion rate and animal growth perfor?mance,and improve the feeding environment.Therefore,in recent years,it has been widely used in livestock and poul?try production.The advantages of lactic acid bacteria fermented feed and its application in livestock and poultry breed?ing were discussed in this paper.
