中华竹鼠母系0和1世代种用生产性能的比较分析

Comparative Analysis on Reproductive Performance of Generation 0 and Generation 1 of Maternal Rhizomys

为了解中华竹鼠母系的种用性能的选育进展,选取0世代和1世代的1日龄中华竹鼠母系各300只,每个世代再随机分为3个重复,每个重复100只。统计两个世代的繁殖性能和后代生产性能。结果表明,经过选育后,1世代的种用生产性能均比0世代有所提高,其中年胎次数、年总产仔数、年总产活仔数、断奶成活率、子代健康上市率、断奶重和体成熟重显著提高(P<0.05),表明中华竹鼠母系1世代的种用生产性能的选育取得了一定的进展。

In order to understand the progress for maternal Rhizomys breeding performance,select the 0 and 1 generation of 300 one day old Rhizomys maternal,each generation were divided into 3 replicates of 100 Rnizomys sinehsis per replicate.The reproduction performance of the 2 generations and the production performance of the offspring were counted.The results showed that after 1 generations of breeding,with production performance than the 0 generation increased,the number of years of fetal and total annual litter number,the total number of live born,seed rate and offspring health listed rate,weaning weight and body weight increased significantly(P<0.05),indicating that the 1 generation of a matriarchal Rhizomys breeding and production performance have made some progress.
