饲料添加剂硫酸镁中砷的检测方法探究

Study on the Determination Method of Arsenic in Magnesium Sulphate Feed Additive

国家标准《饲料添加剂硫酸镁》GB32449-2015规定,砷的检测方法参考《饲料中总砷的测定》GB/T13079-2006。文章验证比较了GB/T13079-2006中规定的银盐法(仲裁法)和氢化物原子荧光法。结果表明,银盐法样品检测的线性良好、线性范围广,但加标回收实验结果差异较大;氢化物原子荧光法灵敏度、重复性以及加标回收率比银盐法好。

The determination method of arsenic in magnesium sulphate feed additive is referred to GB/T13079-2006 named determination of total arsenic in feeds which was stipulated in GB32449-2015 named feed additive Magnesium Sulfate.In this study,silver method and hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry that were stipulat?ed in GB/T13079-2006 were verified.The results show that silver method had good linearity and wide linear range,but the result of standard recovery experiment was quite different.And the sensitivity,repeatability and standard recovery of hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry were better than silver method.
