摘要 以带有倒扣与内螺纹的叉形体支架产品为对象,进行了相应的注塑模具设计。针对产品上端内外侧面倒扣特征及下端内螺纹特征同时存在的特点,通过设计哈弗滑块与齿轮脱螺纹机构,构建了模架组件、定模哈弗滑块组件、定模先抽芯组件和齿轮脱螺纹组件等4个关键组件,其中齿轮脱螺纹组件包括4个子组件,其分别为脱螺纹子组件、中间二级传动子组件、中间一级传动子组件和齿条驱动子组件。通过模具4次开闭模动作的设计,实现了叉形体注塑模具的自动脱模,在确保注塑产品质量的基础上实现了生产自动化。 Taking fork trestle product with undercut and inner treated as object,the injection mould of the product was designed.According to the characteristic of the undercut in the internal and external side of the product top and the inner thread in bottom of the product coexisted,through the design of half slider and gear thread demoulding mechanism,four key components such as the mould carrier component,fixed mould half slider component,fixed mould pre core-pulling component and gear thread demoulding component were built,the gear thread demoulding component included four subcomponents,which are thread demoulding subcomponent,middle two-stage transmission subcomponent,middle direct transmission subcomponent and rack drive subcomponent respectively.The automatic demoulding of the fork trestle injection mould was achieved through the design of four mould open-close movements,which realized the automation production of the plastic products on the basis of high quality.
