摘要
糖尿病心肌病(diabetic cardiomyopathy,DCM)是糖尿病患者的主要心血管并发症之一,目前,对DCM缺乏有效的治疗措施,而且其病理生理学相当复杂。线粒体是心肌细胞能量的主要来源,在调节能量代谢中起着重要作用。糖尿病患者线粒体肿胀、片段化,从而引起线粒体功能受损,提示线粒体形态受损和功能异常可能在DCM发病中起重要作用。该文从线粒体能量代谢异常、线粒体氧化应激增强、线粒体动力学改变、线粒体心磷脂变化、线粒体钙紊乱等方面,综述了线粒体损伤与DCM发病之间的关系。
Diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)is one of the major cardiovascular complications of diabetes mellitus.Currently,there is a lack of effective treatment for DCM,and its pathophysiology is quite complex.Mitochondria are the main source of cardiomyocyte energy and play an important role in regulating energy metabolism.Mitochondria are swollen and fragmented in diabetic patients,leading to impaired mitochondrial function,suggesting that mitochondrial damage and dysfunction may play an important role in the pathogenesis of DCM.In this paper,the relationship between mitochondrial damage and the pathogenesis of DCM was reviewed from the aspects of abnormal mitochondrial energy metabolism,mitochondrial oxidative stress enhancement,mitochondrial kinetics,mitochondrial heart lecithin change,and mitochondrial calcium disorder.
