男性三阴性副乳腺癌一例 被引量：3

摘要 男性副乳腺癌较为罕见,因临床医师和患者认识不足常延误诊治。副乳腺癌好发于腋下及腹股沟区域,其病因、发病机制及诊断和治疗标准尚不明确。副乳腺癌发病率低,大样本量的临床研究较少。笔者报道1例53岁男性副乳腺癌患者的诊疗情况,供临床医师参考。一、病例资料1.一般资料患者男,53岁,于2013年6月27日因“右腋窝肿块渐进性增大8年冶至当地医院行右腋下肿块活组织检查。术后考虑肿瘤来源于消化道,患者在当地医院接受新辅助化疗(TA方案:多柔比星+多西他赛)。因疗效不佳于2013年10月31日转诊至北京市某三甲医院,考虑为来源于乳腺的浸润性小叶癌,行5次新辅助化疗(TP方案:多西他赛+顺铂),后转至当地医院继续化疗(奈达铂+紫杉醇+卡培他滨)。2015年11月1日,患者到蚌埠医学院第一附属医院就诊,并接受手术治疗。
