摘要
[目的]探讨二胎产后返岗护士真实的体验和支持需求,为护理管理者实施人性化和科学的管理提供依据。[方法]采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对6名二胎产后返岗护士进行半结构式访谈,并对访谈资料进行Colaizzi 7步分析法分析和提炼主题。[结果]通过阅读、分析,得出了5个工作体验,即对孩子哺育问题的担忧、适应及自我心理调适困难、积极的情感体验和表达、身心疲惫感强烈、工作-家庭冲突;3个支持需求,分别为排班支持、希望有适应期、同事支持。[结论]作为二胎产后返岗护士,受访者在访谈中表达了强烈的情感和迫切的支持需求。护理管理者应了解其心理状态及支持需求,并给予人性化管理,帮助其处理好工作与生活之间的平衡。
Objective:To probe into the real experience and support needs of returning nurses of second postpartum,in order to provide evidences for humanistic and scientific management of nursing managers.Methods:A total of 6 returning nurses with second postpartum received the semi structured interview by using the phenomenological method in qualitative research.The subjects were analyzed and abstracted by Colaizzi 7 step analysis.Results:Through reading and analysis,5 working experiences were obtained:child feeding concerns,adaptation and self psychological adjustment difficulties,positive emotional experience and expression,a strong sense of physical and mental exhaustion and work family conflict.Three support needs:scheduling support,hoping to have the adaptation period and peer support.Conclusion:As returning nurses with second postpartum,the interviewees expressed strong emotion and urgent support demand in the interview.Nursing managers should understand their psychological status and support needs,and give humanistic management,and help them deal with the balance between work and life.
