延续性护理对泌尿系统造口病人影响的Meta分析

Influence of continuity of care for patients with urinary tract colostomy:a Meta-analysis

[目的]评价延续性护理对泌尿造口病人的影响。[方法]通过计算机检索PubMed、Web of science、Cochrane Library、MEDLINE数据库、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库中关于延续性护理干预泌尿造口病人的随机对照试验和半随机对照试验,对符合质量标准的文献进行Meta分析。[结果]与常规护理相比,延续性护理在提高泌尿造口病人生活质量(P<0.000 01)、降低并发症发生率(P<0.000 01)、缓解焦虑情绪(P<0.000 01)方面有优势。[结论]延续性护理可提高泌尿造口病人的生活质量、减少并发症、缓解病人焦虑情绪。

Objective:To evaluate the influence of continuity of care for patients with urinary tract colostomy.Methods:A systematic search of documents was carried out from PubMed,Web of science,Cochrane Library and MEDLINE,CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP about randomized controlled trials and semi randomized controlled trials on continuity of care for patients with urinary tract colostomy,then making meta analysis for these qualified documents.Results:Compared with routine care,continuity of care had a significant advantage in improving the patients’quality of life(P<0.000 01),reducing the incidence of complications(P<0.00001),and relieving their anxiety(P<0.00001).Conclusion:Continuity of care could improve the quality of life of patients with urinary tractcolostomy,reduce the incidence of complications and relieve their anxiety.
